There is hereby fixed a permit fee $50.00 per ninety (90) calendar days, which shall be collected from any peddler. In no event shall there be any refund or proration of any fee paid under this section.

(a) 
The following maximum allowable fees may be charged for wrecker operations originating within the City’s corporate limits or any roadway subject to the City’s jurisdiction and subject to article 4.04 of this Code:
(1) 
Incident management tows:
(A) 
Light duty tows: $175.00.
(B) 
Medium duty tows: $400.00.
(C) 
Heavy duty tows: $800.00.
(2) 
Storage: $20.00 per day.
(3) 
Dollies: $35.00 supplementary wheel system for disabled vehicles.
(4) 
Winching: $35.00 mechanical extraction of off-road vehicles.
(5) 
Waiting time at scene: $35.00 per hour, after the first hour on scene.

Fees for sign permits shall be the greater of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or one dollar ($1.00) per square foot per face including decorative trim and border, and excluding supports; except when otherwise specified in article 3.01 of this code.

The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license is ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00); provided, that the City Manager shall make an annual report to the City Council detailing the costs of enforcement of this section.

(a) 
The permit fee for a massage business shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year.
(b) 
Should any massage business have more than one location where the business of massage is pursued, then a permit, stating both the address of the principal place of business and of the other location(s), shall be issued by the chief of police upon the tender of a permit fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). Permits issued for other locations shall terminate on the same date as that of the principal place of business, regardless of the date of issuance.
