No person shall perform any live exhibition while nude or in
a state of nudity who is closer than 20 inches to a patron. Anyone
performing a live exhibition while nude or in a state of nudity shall
only perform on a stage raised to least 20 inches above the floor
on which the patrons are admitted.

It shall be a violation of this article for any person younger
than twenty-one (21) years of age to enter or be on the premises of
a sexually oriented business at any time that the business is open
for business.
