City of Katy, TX ARTICLE A8.000 MUNICIPAL COURT FEES

§ A8.001 Building security fee.

There is hereby imposed on each defendant found guilty in the city municipal court of a misdemeanor for an offense committed after the date section 7.02.003 of the Code of Ordinances becomes effective a security fee of three dollars ($3.00) for each separate conviction.

§ A8.002 Technology fee.

There is hereby imposed on each defendant found guilty in the city municipal court of a misdemeanor for an offense committed after the date section 7.02.004 of the Code of Ordinances becomes effective, a technology fee of four dollars ($4.00) for each separate conviction.
