Editor’s note–Former article 3.12 pertaining to
tree planting and maintenance and deriving from the 1991 Code, secs.
3.1001–3.1003 was deleted in its entirety by Ordinance 13-571,

(a)
The
city council adopts the International Existing Buildings Code, 2021
edition, published by the International Code Council, a copy of which
is located on the city building department website.
(b)
The
city council adopts the NCTCOG 2021 regional amendments to the International
Existing Buildings Code, 2021 edition, a copy of which is located
on the North Central Texas Council of Governments website.
