It shall be unlawful to:
(1) 
Park any vehicle within ten feet of the roadway of Highland Village Road between Sellmeyer Lane and Lakeland Drive West and between Interstate Highway 35E and Lakeland Drive East, respectively.
(2) 
Fish within ten feet of the roadway of Highland Village Road between Sellmeyer Lane and Lakeland Drive West and between Interstate Highway 35E and Lakeland Drive East, respectively.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to launch or retrieve a boat or jet ski at any point within the city except at a designated or authorized launch area. The word "boat" shall mean any watercraft which requires launching or retrieval by means of a towed trailer or motor vehicle.
(b) 
Boats or jet skis launched or retrieved from private property shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
(c) 
The city manager shall have the authority to determine authorized launch areas and shall designate such areas by the posting of appropriate signs.
