A. 
The violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute an offense against such law and shall be punishable by a fine as follows below:

B. 
In the event a fine imposed pursuant to this section is not paid within 15 days of the imposition of said fine, the amount of the fine shall be doubled. In the event the fine imposed is not paid within 60 days of the imposition of the fine, the fine shall be tripled. After 90 days, an additional $50 shall be added to the tripled fine.
