No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the district and/or Town's sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under a charge of disorderly conduct.
A contractor, developer, builder or owner must present a certificate of insurance showing suitable liability and property damage insurance, in an amount approved by the Town, before a permit will be issued for construction of building sewers which require connection to the sewer in the street and sewer extensions. The Town shall be a named insured.
