City of Euless, TX ARTICLE VII INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE

§ 14-121 Adoption.

The International Energy Conservation Code, 2021 edition, as published by the International Code Council is hereby adopted by reference. Unless deleted, amended, expanded or otherwise changed herein, all provisions of such code shall be fully applicable and binding.

§ 14-122 Administration.

The energy conservation code of the city shall be administered and enforced by the office of the building official.

§ 14-123 Amendments.

The International Energy Conservation Code, 2021 edition, adopted in section 14-121, shall be amended as follows:[1]
