Individual sprinkler systems.
Where the water to a sprinkler system is metered separate from the dwelling or business unit, the monthly rates or charges for service shall be as follows:
(A) 
First 2,000 gallons, minimum: $35.50.
(B) 
All over 2,100 gallons, per thousand: $13.80.

Commercial units.
