* Consumption charge - on a per monthly basis for every 1,000 gallons of water used the customer shall be charged the current consumption rate in effect. On an annual reconciled basis, if the discharge into the wastewater system by the customer exceeds the volume of water sold to the customer, the customer shall be charged the current consumption rate in effect per 1,000 gallons of wastewater discharge greater than the volume of water sold to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying for every gallon of wastewater discharge into the system regardless of the amount of water that is used by the customer.
