The city, having been notified by the Texas Lottery Commission
of the right to elect to receive a portion of bingo prize fees authorized
under the Texas Occupations Code and the requirements for continued
receipt of said fees being fulfilled by the action described above,
hereby votes to impose the fee as authorized by the Texas Occupations
Code.
