The City known as the "Town of Watertown" does hereby accept
the provisions of Section 8J of Chapter 40 of the General Laws of
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and forms a Commission on Disability
subject to said provisions.

The Town Manager shall appoint the members of said Commission
as quickly as may be practicable.
