§ 2-996 Process established.

Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code secs. 204.001 et seq., and 205.001 et seq., all public records of the city may be accurately and permanently copied or reproduced on film or in electronic storage.

§ 2-997 Acceptance of records by state courts or administrative agencies.

When any of the city’s records mentioned in this division have been microfilmed or stored electronically, such records shall be considered original and accepted by any court or administrative agency of the state.
