The following changes, deletions and amendments are made to the specified sections in the 2015 International Fire Code adopted in Section 50-61. Where an adopted section of the 2015 International Fire Code has not been changed, deleted, or amended by this ordinance, it is adopted as worded in the 2015 International Fire Code. [1]

All commercial businesses inside the city limits of Wichita Falls shall be required to have an annual fire inspection performed on their premises. “Commercial business” is defined as a business that provides a service or sells physical products, and includes industrial, retail or commercial office.
