Any tax bill, bill for services or utilities or other assessment or fee charged by the City of Pevely, Missouri, for which payment is made by an insufficient fund check, a check drawn on a bank in which the maker thereof has no account or a check, the payment of which is wrongfully stopped by the maker thereof, shall have surcharged to such bill or account a penalty in the sum of thirty dollars ($30.00).

A. 
The City of Pevely's Fund Balance Policy for the General Fund is hereby adopted and any and all previous fund balance policies or programs are hereby repealed and replaced in their entirety with this edition.
B. 
The statement of policy for the Fund Balance Policy is held on file in the City offices. The policy statement may be amended from time to time by the Board of Aldermen.
