A. Persons appointed to the five (5) voting positions on the Police Personnel Board shall meet the following qualifications:
1. The member shall reside or operate a business in the City of Pevely for a minimum of two (2) years directly prior to serving on the Board. "Operation of a business" shall be at the sole discretion of the City of Pevely.
2. Shall be at least twenty one (21) years of age.
3. Shall be registered to vote.
4. Shall not have been convicted of any felony.
5. Shall not be related within the fourth degree of affinity or consanguinity to any current Pevely Police Officer.
