Any person who violates any of the provisions of this division for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine as provided in section 1.01.009.

The city park is hereby designated as that area bounded on the north by Third Street, on the west and south by U.S. Highway 84 and on the east by the Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway right-of-way.

It shall hereafter be unlawful to carry, possess or discharge any firearms of any kind or character within any park areas within the corporate limits of the city.

It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle within the city parks at any place other than designated parking areas.

It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to destroy, damage, injure or deface any property of any kind or character belonging to the city or to the city park board and used in connection with the operation of the park.

It shall hereafter be unlawful to make any unauthorized entry into the bathhouses or swimming pool area belonging to the city park board.

It shall hereafter be unlawful to place within the limits of the parks belonging to the city park board any litter, refuse, garbage or trash of any kind. All material shall be carried away or placed in cans designated for that purpose.

The possession or consumption of intoxicating liquor, including beer and wine, in any public park, including public parks utilized for athletic competition, within the corporate limits of the city, is hereby declared unlawful. It shall be unlawful for any person to discard any intoxicating beverage container, including glass containers, cans or paper containers for beer or wine, in any public park, including public parks utilized for athletic competition, within the corporate limits of the city.
