Pursuant to §§ 60.22(4) and 60.35 of 1983 Wisconsin Act 532, the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, hereby establishes the jurisdiction and duties of the Town Constable of the Town of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, as described herein.
The Town Constable of the Town of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, shall:
A. 
Serve within his county any writ, process, order or notice, and execute any order, warrant or execution lawfully directed to or required to be executed by him by any court or officer.[1]

B. 
Perform all other duties required by the Town Board.[2]

Other ordinance. Adoption of this article does not preclude the Town Board from adopting any other ordinance or providing for the enforcement of any other law or ordinance relating to the same or other matter.
If any provision of this article is deemed invalid or unconstitutional, or if the application of this article to any person or circumstance is deemed invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the provisions or applications of this article which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutional provision or application.
