(A)
Trademark
agreement.
The city hereby approves the trademark permit
and license agreement to be required to be executed by any third parties
prior to their use of the city’s trademarks.
(B)
Rate.
The city hereby adopts as detailed herein to allow the city
to charge a flat-rate fee of twenty-five ($25.00) per year per trademark
agreement.
