§ 150.17 MISCELLANEOUS CODE AMENDMENTS. [1]

§ 150.18 MEANS OF APPEAL CODE AMENDMENTS.

(A) Section 113 of the International Building Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(B) Section 112 of the International Residential Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(C) Section 114 of the International Plumbing Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(D) Section 111 of the International Fire Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(E) Section 113 of the International Mechanical Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(F) Section 114 of the International Fuel Gas Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(G) Section C110 and R110 of the International Energy Conservation Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the City, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(H) Section 112 of the International Existing Building Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(I) Section 108 of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.

(J) Section 112 of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2021 edition, adopted by the city, is hereby deleted in its entirety. Appeals shall be governed by Chapter 150, Article IV of the City of Pflugerville Ordinances, as amended.
