Swimming or bathing in the lake is hereby prohibited, and it shall be unlawful for any person to bathe therein.

Unauthorized water skiing on Ellen Trout Lake shall be prohibited, and any person water skiing, or engaging in the sport of water skiing, on such lake shall be deemed guilty of an offense.
