Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this division shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Notice of the enactment of this division will be given by publishing the descriptive caption of Ordinance 436 and penalty in the city’s official newspaper one time within ten days of passage.
