Any person, firm, corporation, company, or association who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or allow the same to be violated shall, upon conviction therefor, be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00.

The city hereby offers a reward of $250.00 for the arrest and conviction of any person found guilty of committing the crime of arson within the corporate limits of the city. This reward is a standing offer and shall be paid out of the general funds of the city.
