(a) 
Cats and dogs.
(1) 
Payment of a boarding fee of the sum of $10.00 for each day or fractional part thereof which the dog or cat has been impounded.
(2) 
Payment of the following impoundment fee:
(A) 
Impoundment of an altered dog or cat:
(i) 
1st impoundment: $30.00.
(ii) 
2nd impoundment: $60.00.
(iii) 
After 2nd impoundment: $150.00.
(B) 
Impoundment of an unaltered dog or cat:
(i) 
1st impoundment: $50.00.
(ii) 
2nd impoundment: $100.00.
(iii) 
After 2nd impoundment: $150.00.
(b) 
Animals other than cats or dogs.
Both fees apply.
(1) 
Daily board fee: $10.00.
(2) 
Pickup fee: $50.00.

(a) 
Adoption fees.
The cost of adopting an animal from the city animal services facility shall be as follows:
(1) 
Dogs and cats: $70.00.
(2) 
Livestock: $100.00.
(b) 
Surrender fee.
(1) 
City resident: $50.00; animal in a litter (per littermate): $10.00. Proof of residency can be made with evidence of water bill or driver's license.
(2) 
Noncity resident: $120.00animal in a litter (per littermate): $20.00.
(c) 
Rabies quarantine fees.
(1) 
First 10 days: $100.00.
(2) 
Each additional day beyond 10 days: $10.00.
(3) 
Rabies testing fee: $200.00.
