As used in this chapter:
CANNABIS/MARIJUANA
All parts of the plant genus Cannabis containing a delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of more than 0.3% of a dry weight basis, whether growing or not; the seeds of the plant; the resin extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin.
CONSUMER
A person 21 years of age or older who purchases, acquires, owns, possesses, or uses a cannabis product for a purpose other than resale.
In accordance with the Cannabis Regulation Act,[1] it is unlawful for any person that is not a consumer to possess, consume, sell and/or purchase cannabis/marijuana within the Town limits.
