(a) 
Impoundment fees.
(1) 
An impoundment fee of $25.00 shall be levied and collected prior to the animal being redeemed by the owner or claimant.
(2) 
A daily handling fee of $6.00 per day shall also be charged to the owner or claimant.

Adoption fee (each animal).
(1) 
Puppy or kitten: $10.00.
(2) 
Adult dog or cat: $20.00.
(3) 
Plus cost of rabies vaccination.

(a) 
Annual permit for an animal establishment: $15.00.
(b) 
If the application for a permit is a reapplication after the revocation of a permit, the annual permit fee shall be $25.00.

All applications for a permit under article 3.03 shall be submitted with an annual fee of $100.00.

(a) 
Filing fee.
There will be a $10.00 fee for filing an application for a permit for keeping poultry.
(b) 
Permit fee.
There will a $30.00 permit fee if the permit is granted, and $30.00 annually thereafter.
