(a) 
Users may stay at the city RV park for up to three (3) consecutive days without having to obtain an extended stay permit from the city.
(b) 
Users wishing to stay at the RV park for more than three (3) consecutive days, but not more than ten (10) consecutive days, must first obtain an extended stay permit from the city hall. No user shall be permitted to stay at the RV park for more than ten (10) consecutive days.
(c) 
The cost of an extended stay permit shall be as follows:
(1) 
The first three (3) days shall be without charge; and
(2) 
The cost for days four (4) through ten (10) shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.
(d) 
Upon issuance of an extended stay permit, the user shall display the permit in one of the windows of the recreational vehicle or travel trailer in such a manner that the permit is visible from the driveways within the RV park.
(e) 
Users that stay at the RV park for more than three (3) consecutive days, but fail to obtain an extended stay permit prior to the expiration of the initial three-day period of their stay, shall be assessed a penalty in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day, in addition to all other applicable charges for the use of the RV park.
(f) 
Any requested deviation from this policy must receive prior written approval of the city administrator or be subject to the fees and penalties as provided herein.
