A dwelling is hereby defined as any type of building or structure, whether mobile or stationary, that is used for long term occupancy. Any single structure which includes more than one dwelling unit shall also be defined as a dwelling. Travel trailers, recreational vehicles, tent trailers and other mobile structures used for temporary occupancy shall not be considered dwellings. For the purpose of this article, long-term occupancy shall be defined as a period longer than ninety (90) days.
