The City of Sundown, Texas, offer a reward of two hundred fifty and no/100 ($250.00) dollars to any person furnishing information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons found guilty of committing the crime of arson within the corporate limits of the City of Sundown, Texas. Such reward to be a standing offer and shall be paid out of the General Fund of the City of Sundown, Texas. The city council shall be the sole and exclusive judge in determing whether or not a person or persons are entitled to such reward and in determining the proration between more than one person if entitled to such reward. The decision rendered by the city council shall be final.
