Editor’s note–Former article 9.500 pertaining to parks advisory committee and deriving from Ordinance 385 adopted 9/12/00, was amended and replaced in its entirety as set out herein by VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION.
A voluntary contribution of $1.00 shall be placed on the monthly bill for all utility customers wishing to participate. A larger amount may be placed on the bill if requested by the customer and approved by the city administrator. Said funds shall be kept separate from other funds and are for the benefit of the library, parks, or the arts within the city.
