For the purpose of providing minimum standards to safeguard life or limb, health, property, and public welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials used, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all buildings and structures within the Town and certain equipment specifically regulated herein, the International Fire Code, 2021 edition, copies of which, are on file in the town secretary’s office, and is hereby adopted as the building code of the town as fully as if copied at length in this article, but with the changes therein and additions thereto provided in this article. Also, adopted are the following appendices 2021 edition of the International Fire Code:

Appendix D, Fire apparatus access roads.
(3) 
Appendix E, Hazards categories.
(4) 
Appendix F, Hazards ranking.
(5) 
Appendix G, Cryogenic fluids weight and volume equivalents.
(6) 
Appendix H, Hazardous materials management plan and hazardous inventory statement instructions.
(7) 
Appendix I, Fire protection systems-noncompliant conditions.
(8) 
Appendix K, Construction requirements for existing ambulatory facilities.
(9) 
Appendix L, Requirements for firefighter air replenishment systems.
(10) 
Appendix N, Indoor trade shows and exhibitions.
