Where work for which a permit is required and has been issued and is inspected by the building department’s inspector and failed for noncompliance with town codes, and a second inspection is required, an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for reinspection and will need to be paid prior to reinspection and will increase to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each subsequent reinspection that will be required to be paid prior to a reinspection.
(1) 
A reinspection fee will be assessed, and no inspection performed when any of the following conditions apply:
(A) 
The inspection requested is not ready when the inspector arrives.
(B) 
The address on site is not properly posted.
(C) 
The building is locked, or the site is not accessible for inspection.
(D) 
The work is red tagged for the same item(s) more than once.
(E) 
When production homes have the same deficiency as noted on repeated projects.
(F) 
When the erosion control plan is not in place and maintained.
(G) 
When inclement weather hinders the inspection.
(H) 
When the project has multiple infractions of non-compliance during the inspection process that does not allow the inspector to continue.
(2) 
Inspections will not be assessed a re-fee when cancelled by 9:00 a.m. the day of inspection.
