All design, construction, quality of material, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses not more than three stories in height in the city and providing for the issuance of permits and the collection of fees therefor; and each of all the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the International Residential One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, 2018 edition, published by the International Code Council, on file in the office of the city, are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this article.
To the full extent allowed by law, the provisions of section 3.02.001 of this article (“permits and inspections”) shall apply. All fees will be calculated in accordance with the fee schedule set by city council during the annual budget process or by minute entry.
After conviction for any violation of the code hereby adopted, the applicable penalties shall be those provided in section 3.02.002 of this article.
