There shall be a $20.00 fee for any check returned unpaid to
the city for insufficient funds.

In accordance with Texas Local Government Code 132.003(b) a
one and one-half percent (1.5%) transaction fee shall hereby be assessed
for each credit/debit transaction made for any fee, fine, court cost,
or other charge by any method whether via website, in person, over
the phone, mail, fax, or other like method received by the city, its
assignee, agent, or representative, or any other person retained by
the city.
