The issuance of all bonds, as authorized by current bond indebtedness ordinance, previously approved by the qualified voters of the City, shall be made in accordance with this Charter.
All ordinances and resolutions in force at the time of the taking effect of this Charter, not inconsistent with its provisions, shall continue in force and effect until amended or repealed.
Upon the adoption of this Charter, the present members of the City Commission shall serve until the term[s] to which they were elected have expired, and until their successors shall have qualified.
Upon the adoption of this Charter, all City administrative officers or employees then in office, or employed by the City, shall continue in such office or position until the taking effect of some specific provision under this Charter directing that he vacate the office or position.
All rights, claims, actions, orders, contracts and legal administrative proceedings shall continue, and in each case shall be maintained, carried on, or dealt with by the City department, office or agency appropriate under this Charter.
