Any individual, group or type 1 special event as defined by the city’s zoning ordinance may have exclusive use of the amphitheater facilities in Coleman Park upon payment of the fees provided for in the appendix to this code.

Type 2 special events as defined by the city zoning ordinance, and type 3 special events as defined by Article 15.1000 of this chapter, shall be required to rent the entire facility. Rental fees and permit fees are provided for in the appendix to this code.
