City of El Campo, TX ARTICLE 8.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 8.01.001 Consumption of alcoholic beverages on school ground or athletic field.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage in or upon any public school ground or athletic field in the city, or in any building, closet, vestibule, platform, spectators’ stand or bleacher connected therewith.

§ 8.01.002 Posting advertising matter on utility pole, street sign or traffic sign.

It shall be unlawful for any person to tack, tie or in any other manner fasten upon any utility pole or authorized street and traffic signs in the city any poster, placard or other advertising matter.

§ 8.01.003 Use of vehicle for advertising purposes.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle on any street within the city for the primary purpose of displaying advertising or advertising by means of a public address system or recording, except as may be authorized by a permit from the city secretary.
