A. 
It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, sell, solicit orders for the sale, or deliver, at wholesale or retail, alcoholic beverages, or allow the consumption of such beverages in or upon any premises where food, beverages or entertainment are sold or provided for compensation, within the limits of the City without first obtaining a license from the Enforcement Agency.
B. 
No license permitted under the provisions of this Chapter shall operate in excess of any licenses granted.
C. 
Concessionaires, operating concession stands in Raymore City Parks, under contract with the Department of Parks and Recreation are authorized to dispense alcoholic beverages by the drink, under the terms and conditions stated the Raymore Alcohol in the Park Policy.
D. 
Concessionaires operating concession stands provided in Section 600.040(C), with prior approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation, shall obtain a license to dispense alcoholic beverages, pursuant to this Chapter and as required by the laws of the State of Missouri. Said concessionaires may dispense such alcoholic beverages by the drink only at the times and places and under the conditions of the Parks and Recreation Board and approved by the Enforcement Agency.
It is unlawful for a person to continue to hold an alcoholic beverage license when conditions have occurred which would render such licensee or the licensed premises ineligible or unsuitable for such license under the provisions of this Chapter.
It is unlawful for any licensee to allow on his or her licensed premises any alcoholic beverage they have purchased or secured in violation of any City, State or Federal ordinance or statute.
