(a) 
The city parks and trails shall be closed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily and it will be unlawful for any person to use any portion of the park/trails or their facilities during these times without first obtaining written permission from the city.
(b) 
All means of traffic, other than pedestrian traffic, is strictly prohibited except wheelchairs or other necessary modes of travel for the handicapped.
(c) 
The following regulations shall apply:
(1) 
No glass containers.
(2) 
No camping.
(3) 
Fires permitted in designated areas only as approved by the fire marshal. Fires must be extinguished upon leaving the park area.
(4) 
No cutting of wood.
(5) 
No swimming or wading or fishing.
(6) 
No alcohol.
(7) 
No littering.
(8) 
Remove all trash and unburned wood.
(9) 
Children under 12 shall be supervised by an adult.
(d) 
Any deviation from these regulations shall require prior approval of the city council.
(e) 
Violation of this section is punishable by the same penalty as prescribed by the state law for a class C misdemeanor.
