Annual fees in the amount of one-half (1/2) of the state annual
fees are levied on the holders of mixed beverage permits, mixed beverage
late hours permits and caterer’s permits under the Texas Liquor
Control Act for each year such permits are in effect after the third
year of the existence thereof.

An application fee of $25.00 is required for each solicitor
to cover the cost of processing the application.

The fee for a permit to sell or offer for sale fireworks shall
be $250.00.
