(a) 
Rules within the boundaries of the Veterans Memorial Park:
(1) 
Non-service animals are prohibited.
(2) 
Changing diapers within 6 feet of the water feature is prohibited.
(3) 
Use of the water feature if ill with a contagious disease is prohibited.
(4) 
Drinking water from the water feature is prohibited.
(5) 
Use of the water feature when ill with diarrhea is prohibited.
(6) 
Wearing of shoes while using the water feature is prohibited.
(7) 
Use of skateboards or bikes in the park is prohibited.
(8) 
Use of the water feature is at your own risk.
(b) 
Any violation of this section is a class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine in accordance with the general penalty provision found in section 1.01.009 of this code.
