There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of prescribing regulations
governing the installation, alteration, and maintenance of all piping
extending from the point of delivery of gas for use as a fuel and
designed to convey or carry the same to gas appliances designed to
utilize such gas as a fuel, within the city, that certain code known
as the International Gas Code, being particularly the 2006 edition
thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted,
modified or amended.
