(a)
Established; composition.
There is hereby created and
established a city tree board for the city, which shall consist of
five (5) members, residents of the city, who shall be the five (5)
members of the city council.
(b)
Term.
The term of the members shall run concurrent with
the terms of office as members of the city council.
(c)
Compensation.
Members shall serve without additional
compensation.
(d)
Operation.
The board shall meet in the normal council
meeting procedure with minutes kept and with a quorum for the transaction
of business.
