It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, deface, damage
or destroy any kind of public grounds or property of the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dig up, remove or carry
away any turf, gravel, dirt, sand or paving material from any street
or other public property of the city or to construct, alter or destroy
any street, sidewalk, curb or gutter in the city without formal approval

take blooms from any shade or ornamental tree, shrub, flower, or other
