(a)
Any footage required is to be paid for by the owner or developer
on the basis of the actual cost to the city for materials and labor.
(b)
The developer or owner shall be required hereunder to construct sewer
lift stations or any other necessary facility.

Any person desiring to construct or make any extension to the
city water and sewer system shall file an application therefor, and
submit three (3) copies of the plans and specifications for such extension
with the city before any action is taken thereon. All extensions shall
be made in accordance with city specifications. Approval of the city
council shall be required for all extensions outside the city limits.

The city shall specify sizes, locations, and specifications
of all improvements hereunder, and after they are installed shall
own and maintain the same.

No water or sewer utilities will be extended outside the city
limits to any area, land, subdivision or lot that has not complied
with all the requirements of the regulations of the city.
