§ 2.301 Unlawful to Keep Swine.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep, or cause to be kept, any swine within the boundaries of the City of Levelland, Texas.

§ 2.302 Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction for such violation, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision found in Section 1.106 of this code. Each day's violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
