The Texas Transportation Code is hereby adopted for enforcement within the municipal limits of the city, together with all powers and authority granted to the city contained therein.

Any modifications to the standards contained in the Texas Transportation Code, as authorized therein, shall be accomplished by specific amendment to the ordinance codified in this section, which shall remain attached thereto.

§ 12.01.002 Ordinances ordering placement of traffic-control signs, signals and devices.

Ordinances ordering the placement of traffic-control signs, signals and devices at designated locations are not included in this code, but such ordinances are on file in the city clerk’s office. Ordinances ordering the placement of traffic-control signs, signals and devices at designated locations are specifically saved from repeal upon adoption of the Horizon City Municipal Code.
