As a condition and requirement of the licensing of any carnival to show in the city, the applicant for such license shall pay to the city administrator a license fee in the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

When a thirty-day license is issued to any such person, such licensee shall pay to the city administrator or to his/her designated representative a license fee of $60.00 plus an additional fee of $10.00 for each agent to be working in the area.

All businesses and residences will receive 3 free responses per year, thereafter, as follows

Response fee (with representative from company):
(A) 
1st response: $25.00.
(B) 
2nd response: $50.00.
(C) 
3rd and additional responses: $75.00.

(A) 
1st response: $50.00.
(B) 
2nd response: $75.00.
