Irrigation rate.
There is a rate of $2.25 (two dollars and twenty-five cents) per 1,000 gallons established for water going through irrigation meters attached to the city water system.

(a) 
Inside city limits:
(1) 
These fees are to provide water services to the property from either side of a road, highway, and/or thoroughfare. If the water service is to cross the road, highway, and/or thoroughfare a fee of $2,000.00 will be accessed at the time of acquiring a building permit of the property inside the city limits of the city; and at the time of payment of the tap fee for property outside the city limits of the city.
(2) 
If the water service is on the same side as the property; a fee of $275.00 will be charged to connect to the public water system.
(3) 
These fees are for providing water service either next to the property or only to cross the road, highway, and/or thoroughfare. If additional line is required the customer shall provide additional funding. All cost for piping and/or appurtenances on private property shall be bore by the property owner/developer.

Outside city limits: $15.00 additional charge to tap fee.

If it is found that the meter will not register in error more than two (2) percent fast, the consumer shall pay the amount of five dollars ($5.00) for making the test and no adjustment of the charges shall be made. If, however, the meter shall register more than two (2) percent fast, the consumer shall pay no fee for such test, and the water department shall make appropriate adjustments in the water service charges.

Load fees.
Each truck load of seven hundred fifty (750) gallons or less will be assessed a minimum dump fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00). Tank truck loads in excess of seven hundred fifty (750) gallons will be assessed a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) plus fourteen cents ($0.14) per one (100) gallons over seven hundred fifty (750) gallon minimum.
(b) 
Disposal permits.
Fifty dollars ($50.00) annually.
(c) 
Transport permit fees.
(1) 
On-site sewage disposal system: $61.00 annually.
(2) 
Commercial septic tank emptying: $61.00 annually.

(a) 
If a residential/commercial customer has been disconnected for noncompliance of the cross-connection program guidelines or building has been out of service for a period exceeding 6 months, a fee of $25.00 for residential and $50.00 for commercial customers to disconnect the customer service and $25.00 for residential and $50.00 for commercial customers to reconnect will be charged.
(b) 
Fees for customer service inspection for inside and outside the city limits shall be $25.00 for residential and $50.00 for commercial customers collected at the time of issuance of a building permit or tap fee payment.
