There is hereby adopted by the town the International Fuel Gas
Code, 2009 edition, for the purpose of establishing the minimum regulations
governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings
and structures by providing the standards for supplied utilities and
facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure
that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use,
and the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy
and use and the demolition of such structures in the town. A copy
of this code, with any approved amendments and exceptions, shall be
kept on file in the town secretary’s office for reference and
inspection.

Local amendments to the International Fuel Gas Code as adopted
by the town and as amended from time to time are not printed herein,
but shall remain in full force and effect. Said amendments shall be
available and on file in the office of the town secretary.
